How do I return an item?
In order to provide superior customer service Whacker Technologies, Inc will issue a refund for any product that is returned to us within 14 days of purchase. If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied with any product for any reason simply follow the instructions below and return the product to us. We will accept your return up to 14 days from the date of invoice. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer.
1. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return merchandise authorization number.
2. Pack the item along with a completed return form in a box.
3. Follow the instructions on the return form and ship the box back to us.
All returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 35% restocking fee. The product must be returned unused, undamaged in the original box with all parts, packing and instructions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Product returned after the 14 day window or without a return form will be refused.

* Returns will be accepted for items returned with a return form for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping of the product to our warehouse.
* Returns will be processed within 1-2 business days once we receive your package.
* All returns must be packaged securely and insured, we will not issue refunds for items damaged on the return shipment.
* All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging including all original hardware and instructions. Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund.
Whacker Technologies will replace any defective product that is returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
THE FINE PRINT
We will ship the replacement item back to you as soon as we receive the defective part. You pay for shipping back to us and we will pay for the shipping back to you. Items returned without a return form may be refused.
Please note: If you have a warranty issue with a product after the initial 14 days we will be happy to assist you.
TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order on this site you agree to release Whacker Technologies from any and all liability associated with the use of the equipment purchased. In addition, you release Whacker Technologies for any and all liability for the for the loss of use, loss of profit, inconvenience, property damage, personal injury or death arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, delay, negligence, strict tort liability or otherwise. All international orders are sold "as is" and warranties are not covered beyond the boundaries of the 50 U.S. states. Special Order, or custom items cannot be returned unless the item is defective upon receipt.

Whacker Technologies will not issue credit on any equipment that has been installed, used or returned in a non re-saleable condition.
