With a newly designed body style, the Challenger Duo features include 246 1-watt Generation III LEDs, 96 of which are dedicated to traffic/intersection directional warning, a dedicated arrow stick with 11 self-contained flash patterns, 20 self-contained warning flash patterns, fully programmable to allow for paired light head programming, LED take down and alley lights with Steadyburn Technology, and front or rear disabling capability through hard wire configuration.

The front of the light bar remains standard with 6 OX warning modules and 2 LED take down modules while the rear and corners of the bar double the warning ability with two rows of modules in the same amount of space. The rear of the bar contains an upper level warning system and the designated lower level traffic arrow stick that civilians and other motorists are familiar with.
